Common questions

Before you join.

Is online training included with membership?

No. Online training is a separate monthly subscription — $35/mo for non-members, $30/mo for active members. Membership covers trial registration, group training events, and your dog profile. Training is an optional add-on.

When does the membership renew?

Membership is annual and auto-renews on the same date each year. You will receive a reminder before renewal.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops auto-renewal — your membership stays active through the end of the year you paid for. Refunds are not issued for unused time remaining in a membership year.

Does the membership cover more than one dog?

One membership per handler. Your profile supports multiple dog records — you can log development, track titles, and register for trials across all of your dogs under a single membership.

Is the membership the same as a club membership?

No. A K9 Elements membership is federation-level and covers your standing to compete, register for trials, and access K9E resources. Clubs set their own dues separately — check with your club for details.

Scores and results

Every result is published. Every score can be appealed.

K9 Elements publishes finalized scoresheets in a public archive. Members have a 30-day window to appeal any scoring or procedural decision.
